Executive Leadership

Emily Smith
Chief Executive Officer

Emily prides herself in being the CEO of Wyoming’s only nonprofit specializing in both life and financial management services. She has worked to fill gaps in community services in Wyoming for more than 20 years.  Ms. Smith has a degree in Social Work from Boise State University, has been a certified social worker in Wyoming since 2002 and a Nationally Certified Guardian through the Center for Guardianship Certification since 2011.  In 2010 she began working at Wyoming Guardianship Corporation, becoming Executive Director in 2011.  She has an eclectic work experience which includes home health social work, psychiatric social work, community mental health and crisis work.  She sits on the boards of both the National PLAN Alliance, an organization dedicated solely to meeting the planning needs of families with adult children having lifelong disabilities, and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Cheyenne. Ms. Smith currently lives in Cheyenne with her husband and rescued dogs.

Jeana Kress
Chief Financial Officer

Jeana is WGC’s Chief Financial Officer and joined the organization in 2018. Jeana has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting and has an extensive background in business management; accounting; project management, process development and forensic accounting. Before joining WGC, Jeana was the Business Operations Manager for Small and Medium Business for IBM Global Business Services managing all aspects of the project finances. While with IBM Jeana was able to spend several years traveling both domestically and internationally.

Jeana enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, traveling and playing with her beloved pets.

Life Management Services

Brendi Jensen
Director, Life Management Services

Brendi Jensen, Nationally Certified Guardian, is the Director of Life Management Services and has been with Wyoming Guardianship Corporation since 2020. She has spent her career working in human services, supporting at-risk and disabled adults, youth, and children. Her work is grounded in dignity, autonomy, and person-centered decision-making.

Brendi attended the University of Wyoming, where she earned her certification as a Community Health Worker. Her professional background reflects a strong commitment to advocacy, stability, and improving quality of life for the individuals she serves.

Outside of her work at WGC, Brendi owns Double Shoe Farm in Casper, and provides farm-fresh pork to Wyoming communities. She also regularly donates pork to help raise funds for nonprofits throughout the state.

In her free time, Brendi enjoys spending time with family, traveling, refinishing old furniture, playing Texas Hold’em, exploring caves, and photography—particularly nature and scenic photography.


Barbara Flinn

Barbara Flinn began her journey with WGC in April of 2025.  She has years of experience working with special needs participants and running home health care companies. Barb is working on her master’s in divinity online through the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minnesota.  She lives on a ranch with her husband where they raise llamas, alpacas, Quarter horses, miniature Mediterranean donkeys, fainting goats and munchkin cats.  She has five children and nine grandchildren and two Australian Shepherds.

She enjoys spending time in the mountains packing with her llamas, playing golf and hanging out with her family and friends. 

Tassie Smith

Tassie Smith joined WGC in 2025 as it’s Team Coordinator. She has a bachelor’s degree from Harding University in Psychology and a background in case management and education including the severely persistently mentally ill, neurodivergent, and developmental disabilities populations. 

Tassie is active in her church, her community, and her family.  She can often be found teaching a Bible class, walking the German Shepherd, playing board games or reading a book.

Jessica Mares

Jess Mares joins Wyoming Guardianship Corporation in October of 2025 with many years of experience serving the disability community. Her background includes both administrative roles and direct support work, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of client needs and advocacy. Jess is passionate about protecting the rights of others and serving as a strong voice for those she represents.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with friends and spending quality time with her family, especially her son.

Sean Archer

Sean Archer began his journey with Wyoming Guardianship in March of 2024. Sean has an extensive amount of experience working with individuals with disabilities from front line to an administrative manager. Now as a Guardian, he looks forward to embracing what is ahead and ready to advocate for those who he is entrusted to assist.

In Sean’s free time he enjoys being outside walking with his dachshund and enjoying the scenery. He loves going for motorcycle rides and practicing the sport of archery.  He is active in church and is a devout family man and enjoys spending time with his kids playing princess and monster truck adventures.

Financial Management Services

Camellia El-Antably
Director, Financial Management Services

Camellia started with WGC in November of 2025. She is a visual artist and administrator. Most recently, she served as the Curator for the Cheyenne Depot Museum and grant writer to four organizations.

In 2009, Camellia co-founded Clay Paper Scissors Gallery & Studio in Cheyenne, a contemporary art gallery and studio space, which she continues to run with her partner. She is on the multiple boards, including Wyoming Arts Development Institute, Wyoming Mental Health Professional Licensing Board, and the Civic Center Foundation. She also serves as Treasurer for the Unitarian Universalist Church of Cheyenne and is co-chair of the annual Delta Kappa Gamma book sale. She served the arts community through the Wyoming Arts Council for 14 years in a variety of capacities, including arts education, visual arts, and deputy manager. She holds an MA in Book Arts from Camberwell College of Arts in London and a BA from Mills College in Oakland, California.

Camellia has two cats and loves to travel, bake and create art.


JoDee

JoDee joined the WGC team in 2012 as the Accounts Manager in the representative payee program.  She attended Business College in South Dakota obtaining an associate degree in business and accounting. JoDee has experience in bookkeeping, office management and accounting. She enjoys scrap booking and mixed media, antiquing, calligraphy and camping.

Josey McKee

Before embracing the Wyoming lifestyle and joining the WGC team in 2025, Josey dedicated many years in Oregon to volunteering with special needs and vulnerable populations. Her commitment to community service has been a cornerstone of her personal and professional journey.

Josey holds two degrees and has a knack for crafting budgets. At home, she's maintains a household of six children.

When she's not attending CASA meetings or cheering from the sidelines at her kids' sporting events, Josey finds solace in her faith community, delves into books, explores the great outdoors, or bakes up a storm. Her passion for helping others is evident in her unwavering dedication to guiding clients toward their financial goals, often employing creative strategies to overcome obstacles.

Winter McGee

Winter enjoys accounting, loves to crunch numbers and figuring out how to make the most of what money people have. She loves helping people working towards goals and figuring out ways they can achieve them financially. 

Winter and her family love to go camping, four wheeling and just being in the mountains.  She and her husband have three beautiful daughters, one son, 2 cat and 12 chickens. 

Michaella Rauwolf

Michaella joined WGC in September of 2021 and serves as the Team Coordinator, bringing a strong background in organization, technology, and operations. She holds a degree in Computer Science and has spent much of her career in accounting and office management, where her attention to detail and steady leadership are key assets to the team.

Outside of work, Michaella is a proud mom of two military veterans and a devoted Mimi/Oma to five grandchildren. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors, especially camping, hunting, ice fishing, and hiking. Michaella enjoys gardening and caring for animals, embracing the outdoor lifestyle she has long envisioned and values deeply.

Sarah Erdman

Sarah joined Wyoming Guardianship Corporation in December 2024 as a Conservator. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management in 2025. A Wyoming resident since 2005, she is actively involved in numerous nonprofit organizations throughout the community. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and crocheting.

Administration

Danica Lamb
Office Mgr / Human Resources

Danica joined WGC in August of 2020 as the Office Manager and Human Resources Administrator.  Danica has spent the majority of her career working in all facets of Human Resources within the healthcare field at hospitals located in Tennessee, Alaska and Wyoming.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Management as well as a certification specialty in recruitment.

Danica enjoys being in the mountains, backpacking, hiking , photography and concerts.


Molly Johnson
Office Assistant

Molly joined the WGC team as an Office Assistant in December 2020. She greatly enjoys helping clients and community members by getting their information to the correct person within WGC. Molly also loves spending time with her family at home in the country with their animals and garden. Her other joys include running and reading a good book.

Adrienne Williams
Accounts Receivable

Adrienne began working at WGC in May 2025. Originally from San Diego, having grown up in a small family, Adrienne moved to Wyoming in 2023 and still does not hate the cold or snow. She has an associates degree in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry and worked in the food industry for about 8 years. Adrienne is an Auntie of two nephews and a niece - who are her favorite little humans. Adrienne considers herself a home body; when she isn’t spending time within her congregation, she is watching TV, listening to music and cooking. Fun fact: Adrienne is half Mexican and her mom felt it important for her to be fluent in Spanish.

Amber Barnhart
Director of Community Relations

Amber serves as Director of Community Relations at WGC, where she works within communities across the state to coordinate services for individuals impacted by abuse and neglect, poverty, mental health, and substance use challenges, and disabilities. She is an Army veteran and brings a strong sense of service to her work, with a commitment to supporting fellow veterans and improving access to community resources. Amber is a current member of the Wyoming Human Trafficking Task Force and the State Adult Protective Services Team, and previously served on the board of directors for the Wyoming Children’s Trust Fund. 

Outside of work, she enjoys rucking, road trips, and floating the river—usually with an 80s playlist along for the ride.

Bethany LeFrancois
Substance Abuse & Mental Health OMBUDSMAN

Bethany started working at WGC in October 2025. Originally from Casper, she moved to Cheyenne in 2024 and brings a decade of experience spanning healthcare finance, management, and social services. She holds an A.S. and B.S. in Psychology and is finishing her MBA in Healthcare Management at Western Governors University. Bethany’s passion is helping people navigate the systems meant to support them—with equal parts empathy and practicality. Outside of work, she’s a proud wife, mom, and stepmom who loves books, Naruto, Magic: The Gathering, and any excuse to be a little bit of a nerd.
